Verified Perfect for parents: Trustworthy, loving care by Madelyn
I am writing to share my feedback regarding our stay at the Radisson Collection Resort, Galle. While evaluating the resort's service, I want to bring special attention to Madelyn at the Kids' Club. She is an incredible asset to your brand. Her exceptional kindness, endless patience, and loving attitude made our family's stay truly memorable. It is rare to find a childcare professional so dedicated that children genuinely do not want to leave the play area. I hope the management team recognize Madelyn's hard work and hospitality. It is staff members like her who elevate a property to a true 5-star experience, and we will highly recommend this resort to other families because of her care.

 Verified Relaxation at its best
Had a great experience at the Radisson Collection. Sumane was excellent, very professional and really knew what he was doing. I got a deep tissue massage and he got into the areas that actually needed work, not just a light pass over. You could tell he understood pressure and technique, I left feeling way looser and reset. Definitely appreciated him
