What Happens When You Arrive
You are welcomed at reception and invited to change into your robe. If you have arrived early for your treatment — which we recommend — you are shown to the hydrotherapy circuit. This is where White Lotus distinguishes itself most clearly from any other spa in the region.
The steam room is curved, low-lit, and beautifully designed. The Jacuzzi overlooks the resort. The ice bath sits in cool readiness for those who know the extraordinary feeling of contrast therapy. And beyond the treatment wing, the infinity pools stretch toward the Indian Ocean.
There is no rush to move toward your treatment. Many guests spend 30–45 minutes in the facilities before their therapist is ready, arriving at the treatment table already loosened, already quieter, already halfway to wherever the treatment will take them.

Walk-Ins Are Welcome
You do not need to plan weeks in advance to experience White Lotus. Walk-ins are welcome daily and can be accommodated subject to therapist availability. For single treatments and shorter sessions, arriving directly is often seamless, particularly on weekday mornings.

How to Get There
White Lotus Spa & Wellness is located at 724 Matara Road, Galle — within Radisson Collection Resort Galle, approximately 10 minutes from Galle Fort and 20 minutes from Weligama and Mirissa. A tuk-tuk from central Galle costs approximately LKR 200–400.
