The perfect first ritual for couples landing together. Side by side, ease travel-worn muscles with a guided foot and leg treatment, sink into a customised full-body massage, then finish with a scalp and face ritual before relaxing oceanfront with tea for two. A gentle beginning to island time, shared.
Symphony of Touch — 4 Hands Massage From $115 · 60, 90, or 120 minutes
An extraordinary experience in which four hands move in perfect synchronised harmony across one body. While this is not technically a couples treatment — one guest receives the treatment at a time — many couples choose to book consecutive sessions, allowing each partner to experience the remarkable sensation of four hands working as one. Our therapists move with a precision that transcends ordinary massage, leaving the body floating in serene equilibrium.
The Couples Spacation — Half Day From $215 · Half Day (Sunrise from 8:30am or Sunset from 12pm)
Our signature couples wellness experience. The Half Day Spacation combines two personalised treatments of your choice, unlimited access to our full hydrotherapy circuit (steam room, ice bath, Jacuzzi, and infinity pool), and a wellness meal. Choose the Sunrise option to begin your day in stillness, or the Sunset option for a long, golden afternoon that drifts gently into evening.
The Couples Spacation — Full Day $345 · Full Day (Sunrise from 8:30am)
For those who wish to give each other the full gift of a day unhurried. The Full Day Couples Spacation includes two personalised treatments each, a wellness breakfast, wellness lunch, and unlimited access to all spa facilities from morning until evening. One of the most complete wellness days available anywhere on Sri Lanka’s southern coast.

The second is the hydrotherapy circuit. Every couples treatment at White Lotus includes full access to our steam room, ice bath, Jacuzzi, and infinity pools. Most couples arrive 45 minutes before their treatment to ease into the space together, and many stay long after their treatment ends. There is no rush, no rotation, no clock. The facilities are yours for the duration of your visit.
